How to use our Web Site

Logging in to our new site.

Have you shopped with us before? But was it quite a while ago? You may have a Username and a Password for our old site, if this is the case IT WON'T WORK HERE. However we have set up an account for you but you need to follow these instructions.

1: Go to Log In Here on the first page and 2: Log in with your e mail address and 1234 as your password, If you want to change your password go to "Change your Details" then change this for something you are more happy with.

(Some of you may have changed your e mail address, since logging onto our old site, and will have problems at the login or checkout stage. In this case it may be best for you to simply register as a new customer and then continue, unless you can remember your old email address).

Remember if you really are stuck you can always place an order WITHOUT logging in, just put your goods into the shopping basket and go straight to the checkout page, fill in your details BUT leave the REGISTRATION BLANK, it's that simple.

When you first arrive on the site you will notice the search box "pop out" if you don't want it simply click on the arrows and it pops back in and stays in until you need it.

Remember to mouse over the images in the page where you choose to put the product in your shopping basket to see them much larger and in more detail. To make them pop out just click on them and then click again to pop them away.
