Add a new dimension to your wildlife garden with this bat box made from FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) wood. It's better to put up 3 boxes around a tree, for instance, as these mammals use different sites as the weather changes. Natural brown box with a landing perch. Suitable for a wide range of bat species. Site the box where bats are know to feed, high in a sheltered and wind free area. ie. a tree or under eaves of buildings. keep the entrance clear of obstructions. Approx 32cm height x 16 cm depth x 13 cm wide.

New hungry mouths.

It's at this time of year that our newly fledged birds can do with a bit of a boost

Live meal worms are pretty much guaranteed to get birds into your garden (even your hand) especially Robins and Blackbirds. And it's satisfying to know that by continuing to feed your birds you are helping them survive what is becoming a topsy turvy year, weather wise.
